DIRECTOR
MISS STEPHANIE
Growing up, Miss Stephanie worked professionally on-stage at QPAC in numerous productions as well as on television. Her most memorable gig included playing the head orphan in ‘An Inspector Calls’ written by JB Priestley and directed by Stephen Daldry. She nailed her very first audition within the first month of acting classes! Miss Stephanie loved performing but her passion lay with teaching.
​
After completing her Bachelor of Education and graduating with honours, Miss Stephanie taught in the education sector as a primary school teacher. Amongst teaching and performing, Miss Stephanie ventured through Europe, America and Australia. She worked under celebrity choreographers including: Jason Coleman, Mia Michaels, Travis Wall, Matt Lee, Blake John Wood and Matthew Prescott.
Miss Stephanie's teaching career spans over sixteen years including teaching Jazz, Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Lyrical, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Speech & Drama, Musical Theatre, Cheer and Acrobatics. Miss Stephanie has been recognised throughout the industry for her award winning choreography for creating innovative competition routines including both group and solo performances. Miss Stephanie is also a registered qualified adjudicator.

Fun facts about Miss Stephanie include she is a certified wedding planner, she can recite the alphabet backwards in under 5 seconds and she has an aquatic licence.

MISS CAITY
Miss Caity is a wonderful choreographer and teacher! She possesses a strong focus on technique and exam syllabus and thrives with creating innovative, award winning choreography. Miss Caity has been dancing for more than fourteen years. She started her teaching career five years ago, and has taught a variety of genres and ages specialising in Jazz, Ballet, Pointe, Lyrical, Contemporary, Cheer and Acrobatics. She has also performed in the senior company of Merge Dance Theatre in 2021.

Miss Caity holds her certification in Junior, Senior and Advanced programs in Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT). She also holds her CSTD Jazz Dance Teacher’s Certificate, is an Acrobatic Arts - Module 2 certified teacher, has her Level 2 Cheer Coaching Certification with IASF. Miss Caity holds her current first aid, CPR, blue card and has completed her Concussion Management Training.She is passionate about teaching a range of ages and abilities. She aims to inspire each of her students to do their best in all aspects of their dancing life.
A few fun facts about Miss Caity is that she has completed a community project in Vietnam, her favourite colour is aqua, and she is studying a Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy.

MISS SAM
Dr. Sam (known at Achieve as Miss Sam) began dancing at the age of four and singing at fourteen. She firmly believes in the joy and value of the performing arts. Miss Sam studied at Dance Network (Sydney) and at the University of Wollongong, obtaining her teacher’s qualifications (FATD syllabus) in Tap and Jazz.
With over a decade teaching and production experience in Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Lyrical and Musical Theatre, Miss Sam has a wealth of performance expertise to share. Miss Sam has performed in Sydney, Brisbane, Wollongong and London and has sung in a band, duos and solo.
Miss Sam graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Science (Biology),
Honours and also has a PhD in pollination ecology. She has taught science for over a decade, from primary-aged children through to university students. Miss Sam’s daytime profession is as Principal Scientist and Manager of the Queensland Fire and Biodiversity Consortium. Miss Sam also holds her current first aid, CPR and blue card.
Miss Sam is thrilled to delve deep into technique and style with the next generation. Some fun facts about Miss Sam is that she writes and reviews children’s books in her spare time, adores baking and owns over fifty dresses.

MISS BELL
Miss Bell is a dynamic performer and dedicated dance educator, originally from the UK but now proudly based in Brisbane, Australia. Miss Bell has both taught and performed extensively across the globe and brings a wealth of experience to Achieve.
​
From acting roles with Lapland Uk (2020) and Showstoppers (2022-2024) to getting her dream performing role as a dancer and aerialist with Saga Cruises onboard the Spirit of Discovery (2019) and later returning to sea with Live Business as a dancer on Spirit of Adventure (2021–2022). ​Miss Bell has also performed across the UK with House of Bonita Entertainment, bringing high-energy to events such as RnB Lovers, Back to the 80s ft. Martin Kemp, and ABBA Brunches at Revolución de Cuba in Norwich.​
Alongside her performance career, Miss Bell is also a qualified Personal Trainer with extensive experience teaching a wide variety of fitness classes, including aqua aerobics, boxing, and circuit training. She launched her own dance fitness brand with a range of teaching experience from baby sensory classes to adult heels / commercial dance classes. Miss Bell holds a Diploma in Musical Theatre from Millennium Performing Arts (UK) as well as a current blue card, first aid and CPR.

Miss Bell is excited about sharing her wealth of knowledge and passion for the performing arts with the students at Achieve.

MISS TORI
Miss Tori is extremely passionate about the performing arts and is a triple threat. She is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Education (Primary). Miss Tori has a growth mindset and thrives with teaching as she actively seeks opportunities to further her knowledge base and skills across a range of genres.
In primary school, Miss Tori participated in a multitude of drama performances, various choirs, and thrived in the subjects of music, dance, and drama. During high school, she performed in productions including Legally Blonde, Alice in Wonderland, Beauty and The Beast, and ‘Orbit’ by David Burton.
Miss Tori holds her Module One Certification through Acrobatic Arts, her Junior, Senior and Advanced programs through Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) and her Level 1 Cheer Coaching certification through ISAF. She has completed her Concussion Management Training and holds a current first aid, CPR and blue card. Miss Tori is currently working towards gaining her Diploma in Speech & Drama and her CSTD Jazz Dance Teachers Certification.
Some fun facts about Miss Tori is that her favourite colour is blue, she played cello for twelve years and has spent numerous years volunteering at the RSPCA.

MISS ZOE
Miss Zoe is a passionate performing arts teacher, who enjoys inspiring her students to achieve the best they can. Miss Zoe thrives in many aspects but particuarly prides herself on her innovative choreography. She enjoys working with students in solo, duo and whole group settings. Miss Zoe has been in the industry for over 16 years, with experience spanning across Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, Contemporary, Musical Theatre, Acrobatics and Cabaret.
At the conclusion of year 12, Miss Zoe took a chance to chase her dreams and auditioned to study a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Majoring in Dance) at the Victorian College of the Arts (University of Melbourne). After a rigorous audition and selection process, she was accepted, and moved to Melbourne. There, she studied full time, specialising in contemporary and ballet, and getting the opportunities to work with dance icons from companies such as Chunky Move, Australasian Dance Collective, Australian Ballet and Australian Dance Theatre. Miss Zoe holds a current first aid, CPR and blue card.
Miss Zoe has a passion for learning and is always looking for ways to continue to improve and bring the best to her students. She is extremely excited to collaborate with the students to not only create incredible dance works and refine their technique, but also to continue to grow their passion and enjoyment for dance.

Fun facts about Miss Zoe include she has been part of a professional Ballet company, she wears glasses and adores Musical Theatre.

MISS BETH
Miss Beth is an enthusiastic teacher who maintains a positive and inclusive environment for all students. She is currently studying a dual degree including a Bachelor of Education (Secondary)/ Bachelor of Fine Arts majoring in drama and minoring in music (vocal). Miss Beth’s specialisations include vocal/ singing technique and acting skills.
​
From a young age, Miss Beth has been involved in productions with both amateur and professional theatre companies including the Empire Theatre in Toowoomba, Opera Queensland, The Little Red Company and many more. Miss Beth has more than 15 years experience in choirs, singing ensembles and solo performances and is excited to share her wealth of knowledge with the students at Achieve. Miss Beth holds her current first aid, CPR and blue card.

Outside of teaching, Miss Beth really enjoys sewing costumes as well as spending time with her two cats (Princess and Louis). Some other fun facts about Miss Beth is that she loves the colour yellow, her favourite musical is Ride the Cyclone and she was born in Mackay.

Miss Beth is beyond excited to support our students to further grow and develop their musical theatre technique and passion for the performing arts.

MISS SHIKA
Shika is a passionate and dedicated performing arts educator with a vibrant approach to teaching. Holding both her Certificate III and IV in Dance, she delivers each class with an extensive understanding of technique and industry experience.
​
With training across a broad range of styles— including Commercial Jazz, Cabaret, Acrobatics, Hip Hop, Ballet, Tap, Lyrical, Contemporary, Heels, and Aerial— Shika is a versatile artist who thrives on sharing her skills across many genres. Her performance experience varies from leading roles in musicals such as Bring It On and Freaky Friday, to competing in global Hip Hop competitions internationally.
​
Shika is certified in First Aid and CPR with a current Blue Card. She is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and encouraging class environment where each student feels supported to embrace new challenges and grow in confidence. She brings energy, structure, and care to her teaching, and takes pride in helping each student progress.
​
A few fun facts about Miss Shika are that she enjoys cooking and mindful colouring in. She also teaches high school dance. Shika is looking forward to bringing her range of expertise and versitile repertoire to the students at Achieve.

MISS HANNAH
Miss Hannah is a passionate teacher and performer who strives to create a safe, supportive, and engaging class environment where every student can thrive and reach their full potential.
Throughout school she thrived in various choirs, dance teams and musical/drama productions,
including ‘High School Musical’ and the Queensland Theatre’s Scene Project. She has experience in
teaching across a variety of genres, ages and abilities.
Miss Hannah is currently working towards gaining her Performing Arts Teaching Certification through Trinity College London, her CSTD Jazz Teachers Certification and will be undertaking a Bachelor of Education specialising in Primary School. She has completed her Concussion Management Training and holds a current first aid, CPR and blue card.
Some fun facts about Miss Hannah are her favourite colour is green, she loves to read in her spare
time, and she played the clarinet for three years.

MISS AMY
Miss Amy has been performing all her life and is a passionate teacher and choreographer! She specialises in Contemporary dance and believes in the value of dance as an artform for developing creativity and self-expression from a young age. Miss Amy is trained across Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Musical Theatre, Speech and Drama, Hip-Hop, Tap. Her vocal training includes experience in the Australian Girls Choir, and her completion of AMEB Singing Grades, and AMEB Speech and Communication (Grade 10).
​
Her specialisation in Contemporary dance is supported by her ensemble experience under the company Australasian Dance Collective. Through ADC she has had the opportunity to learn from the company’s Artistic Directors Jack Lister and Amy Hollingsworth. This has also led her to selective workshops with Queensland Ballet Academy and Ballet Preljocaj, where she has learned skills and repertoire from these companies, ADC, and many guest choreographers.
Miss Amy holds a current first aid, CPR and blue card and is studying a double degree in Psychology and Literature. Miss Amy is also a well-known choreographer within the industry. Her choreographic experience includes group performance works in Lyrical and Contemporary, collaborative works with choreographers Kate Harmon (The Farm company) and Richard Causer, solo choreography, and choreography for screen. She has also directed, costume designed, and performed for multiple site-specific dance films.
Some fun facts about Miss Amy are that she was born in London, loves to draw and paint, and is a published writer!

ZAC - ASSISTANT TEACHER
Zac is an enthusiastic and committed emerging dance educator with a strong foundation in performance and technique across a diverse range of styles. His training spans across Hip Hop, Breaking, Ballet, Lyrical, Contemporary, Jazz, Cabaret, Acrobatics, Tap, and Dance Acrobatics, equipping him with the versatility to support students across multiple disciplines.
​
Zac is currently completing his CSTD Jazz Dance Teachers Certification. Zac continues to build upon his strong pedagogical approach, gaining valuable experience through the Achieve Student Teacher Program, where he supports students across various levels and age groups. His attention to detail, calm leadership style, and strong interpersonal skills make him a valued role model at Achieve.
​
He has holds a current first aid, CPR and blue card as well as his Concussion Management Training. ​Zac demonstrates a consistent commitment to student safety, growth, and motivation. He brings discipline, focus, and passion to his teaching practice and continually strives to foster a positive and enthusiastic learning environment.
​
In addition to this, Zac is a respected instructor who facilitates and leads cadets through the Australian Air Force Cadet Program. Zac is also an assistant instructor at a martial arts dojo that practices Aikido Kokikai. In his spare time, he studies Aviation and musical instruments, reflecting a well-rounded and highly motivated attitude.
